Some fun times!!

Smiles!!! Love em" Can't get enough of em".
It isn't just me that wants them to match! I will let Annabelle pick out her clothes then say "Do you want sis to match you?"...or she will automatically say "Mom will you put sister in the same shirt as me." It makes me so happy...they are so darn cute.
Yes, we have the total of 35 hair clipies one pony and two headbands in both of our hair! Love girl time!
This is the new favorite ride at the Hankins's home.....Loralei's Walker. It is a one ticket ride but you have to be 3 years old to ride. ..... All around the kitchen these two would go, Loralei pulling the two of them the whole time. That girl is just so excited when sister is around...even if it is torturing her.

Summer Vacation!

Big Papi at first base.
Virginia..Shenandoah National Park
Miss Helen Hauver of the Spencer West Virginia Branch....31 people in church.
Go Broncos! Notice the beautiful bronco skirts....Thanks Grammy.

The Pier...with some darn good pizza. This year we decided to chase those Broncos to the East Coast. We started our week long trip in Baltimore Maryland. The girls traveled very well...only one casualty...one pink bronco onesie, left on the airplane. Thursday morning....well mid morning...we headed out in the very wet muggy hotness to the Baltimore Zoo. Well to our surprise Baltimore is a bit sketchy! The Zoo was great, lots of cool animals that we have never seen before. Round 2 for day 2 was an Oriole game vs. our beloved Red Sox. We were surrounded by good fans and had a great time. Of course the Sox won. Friday earlier than Thursday morning we headed out through Virginia. We are big National Park fans so we had to make a trek through the Shenandoah National Park. It was so beautiful. Since we were in Virginia...part of Jeff's Mission...we had to eat Virginia style. So yes we ate at a Country Cookin. Holy Moly, the 4 pounds that I sweat off in Baltimore I gained in Virginia...yummy. Friday morning more driving to get to West Virginia. Wow, those are some beautiful green lush hills. We were able to visit and attend church in Jeff's most meaningful area...Spencer West Virginia. The people are AMAZING and very lovable. I learned a lot the few hours that I was with these people. So after some coursing Jeff finally took me through some deep woods to find the good ole homes of the back woods. Wow! But still not as bad as I thought. He keeps telling me well I didn't take you too deep. Don't worry I do thank him for that. On the way back to Baltimore we decided to take an adventure into Washington DC. Jeff had never been and we thought that it would be easier for Annabelle to enjoy the monuments with the lights on them. Wow it is beautiful and heart warming to see those monuments. Monday we were going to take it easy, but you know my kids and my husband...it was game day we couldn't just wait for the game. So we went to the National Zoo in Washington DC. Then it was GAME TIME. What a game!!! Again my kids were absolutely perfect at the game. Tuesday we went to the Chesapeake Bay and had local pizza on a pier. Then we safely returned home. I think that I am still hungover from the entire week. It was a fantastic week!!

The Crash

The jersey...in the shoulder area.
The Heavenly Helmet
The day after, the black is a temporary tattoo. So when you live life to the fullest sometimes you get to feel life to the fullest. One thursday, after all week of hearing our 3 year old ask "Daddy can we go riding?" "Momma can we go riding?" Okay!!! Jeff got on all of her gear...except the gloves. Off she went in the front yard. We thought that we had the throttle set to not go too fast. Weeelp, not exactly. Off she went. She took the first curb like a champ, head bobbled, bum hanging off of the seat....hanging on for dear life, with dad sprinting behind her. The next curb was just a little much for her to hold on. The bike teatered on the training wheels and flipped over her. Her little head hit the road first then her shoulder. With further inspection she was left with only road rash on her little delicate hand. Her jersey and helmet didn't fair as well as she did, but thank heavens she was wearing them. She only had a small surface scratch on her upper arm. I tear up even thinking about what might have been, if she hadn't been wearing her gear. The lesson to be learned...no matter the cost please put yourself and your little ones in protective gear even if you are just playing around in the yard. She has healed up nicely since then!!

Meet Fiona!

So look at these smiles!
This is the newest member of the Hankins Clan.
Melba fireworks. The best tradition ever! Story behind Fiona....So we decided to finally refresh our landscaping. So Jeff and Annabelle went to D & B for some gravel. Well after a while I was thinking wow it takes quite a bit of time to get some gravel...hum. All of a sudden I see Annabelle walking up the driveway.. with a small box in her hands....what in the world I think...I notice now that there is a spout attached to the box...hum. Jeff has been thinking about getting a duck....wait ducks don't drink from spouts....what in the hell is in the box that Jeff is carrying towards the front door? Hum....rabbit..."Mom I got a Rabbi" busting through the door. Oh dear...time for inspection....well it smells like a duck and doesn't make any noise...bonus! So now we have a very cute and soft and black "rabbi" named Fiona...come over and say hello to our newest addition. And no matter what Jeff says he isn't in THAT much trouble, just that Annabelle and Jeff have been grounded from going to any store together...alone.
The BEST dad ever!
Ahh aren't they perfect! Thank you Green's Photography.

Boise Zoo, yes that is the Lion in the back ground.
Annabelle actually fed the sheep.
My oldest's 1st dentist appointment. She was so brave and shy. I know Annabelle shy can you believe it. No Cavities!!!

June, so far.

The BEFORE
The AFTER!!! Thank you Sarah Bee!

Yes that is my 3 year old by herself on the four wheeler. She isn't quite strong enough yet to steer on her own, so don't worry she was always accompanied. She even threw me off of the back of the machine. It was AWESOME!
This must be a sign of the future! Look at the concentration on the ball. Thats my girl! There is never a dull moment in the Hankins home!! Hope that you all have a great summer.
