About a week ago Annabelle said "Mom I have a loose tooth." "What? You can't be big enough to have a loose tooth, " feel feel in her tiny mouth. And sure enough she has a loose tooth. So Friday night I was brushing her teeth, with one swoop of the brush she exclaims "Mom what is on my tongue?" "Oh that is your tooth!" She was sooo excited, and so am I that it was a great experience, other than we didn't get to tie a string to her tooth or anything cool like that. Well at least she has more teeth right. So the tooth fairy made her a little pink bag with red string on the top that had a $2 bill and ...she said that the tooth fairy would bring her 5 coins....so of course there were 5 coins

Clank Clank Grind Grind Rattle Rattle
A couple of weekends ago Jeff had a football game in Spanish Fork Utah. We thought that this would be another great opportunity to go for a quick and easy family trip. We got to Provo Friday night had some dinner and a museum with some close friends...the Hatch's. Saturday morning took a tour of the Conference Center...Amazing! Then hit up the Visitor's Center to see the Christus, again dragging the Hatch's with us. Next on the to do list...the Hogle Zoo, well since it was the first nice day for a few months every one was at the zoo. So we made our way to the This Is The Place Monument instead, where we took a stroll and again enjoyed the company of the Hatch's, whom I want to thank for letting Annabelle hang all over them. Thanks again!
Now off to the big game. Well, that didn't go so well for our beloved Matadors, weird game, bummer ending, they got their first loss of the season! Insert Debbie Downer noise now! Well at least us girls had a great time. And after the game we got to go swimming!
So Sunday morning, we got all packed, got some good breakfast and headed out to hit the zoo, thinking all of those darn Mormons would be in church and not at the zoo, I know we are terrible for vacationing on the Sabbath! So the fun begins, a little noise coming from the car, we think naaa just tire noise, well it is now pouring rain, and we pass the Cabelas exit near Lehi, CLANK CLANK GRIND GRIND RATTLE RATTLE! Panic! Thank heaven's for smart phones, and wireless internet, and ipods, and the DVD player in the car.
Since we promised and promised and didn't make it to the zoo, we detoured to Pocatello for the Zoo, very sweet zoo by the way, even in the rain. Thanks Erin for the idea a long time ago.
So a week and 4 days later Jeff and I head to Utah to retrieve our poor Tahoe. Frowny face. Nice 23 hour trip, Thanks again Wood's for putting us up. And thanks Mom and Dad for saving the kids from having to take that drive again.
So now the questions start to flood in.....what do we do with the car that has 100000 miles on it? Ahh! Decisions Decisions!

Montana Or Bust.
Very fresh newborn Buffalo.
Big Horn Sheep

This past weekend we had the great opportunity to go on a family trip to Montana. Jeff had an away game in Montana. So Friday we headed to McCall for some much needed visitation with our Northern family. They so kindly opened their home to us. So Saturday morning we headed up Highway 12 through country that we together as a family have never been on! Hooray I love a new adventure. Shortly before game time we arrive in Missoula. Burr! We girls stuck out the game in the car in from the cold wind and some rain. Matadors won!! Good Game Jeff! Sunday morning we of course had to hit the "waterpark" that was inside of the hotel - sweet slides and some fun fountains. Then off to Yellowstone. I have said this before but, Wow my girls travel so well! Before we got to Yellowstone, to break up the trip we stopped at the Montana Grizzly Encounter, very cool low key bear exhibit. The 800 lb Grizzly even waved at us, good job, Brutus. We have never been in the North Entrance of Yellowstone, so took the extra milage and entered from the top, so before you get to the Entrance you travel in an open fielded canyon, of course filled with wildlife. Before we even got to Yellowstone we saw, Elk, Deer, Antelope, Big Horn Sheep and Buffalo. Then we got into the "Park." Sorry just wanted to feel like a native. Once again we weren't let down by the majesticness of the National Park. We actually were within seconds of seeing 2 wolves. Well at least we got to follow the tracks following along the road for quite a few miles. Shucks!! A car going the other direction pointed them out 2 seconds after they went into the thickness of the trees. Staying in West Yellowstone was fun, good pizza if you ever are wondering, and of course another swimming pool. Monday we finally headed home. Thank you family for the amazing vacation.
